Orders

An order is confirmed when we reply on Messenger to confirm stock and you complete payment (or confirm cash on delivery). Prices are in Philippine pesos and include VAT. We can correct obvious pricing errors before confirming an order.

Payment

We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Items are held for 24 hours after confirmation; unpaid orders are released after that.

Shipping

We ship within 1–2 working days of payment. Delivery estimates are the courier’s and can slip during holidays and typhoons. Risk passes to you when the courier marks the parcel delivered.

Exchanges

Size exchanges within 7 days for unworn, unwashed items with tags. Message us first. Sale items are final. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover the return and replacement.

Designs

All prints, the Simple Swagg wordmark, and the blackletter Simple mark are ours. Don’t reproduce them without asking.
