What we collect

When you order through Messenger you give us your name, delivery address, contact number, and payment confirmation. That’s it. This website itself doesn’t have accounts or forms; your bag is stored in your own browser and never sent to us until you choose to send the message.

What we use it for

• Confirming and shipping your order, and sending you the tracking number.
• Handling exchanges and restock requests you’ve asked for.
• Drop alerts, only if you asked for them. Reply “stop” any time.

Who sees it

Couriers get your name, address, and number so they can deliver. Payment providers (GCash, Maya, your bank) handle payment on their own terms. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting page analytics to see which pages get visited. No cross-site tracking, no ad pixels unless we tell you first on this page.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us or email [email protected].
