- How do I order?
- Add pieces to your bag, then tap “Send order on Messenger”. The message is pre-written with your items. Add your name, address, and number, and we take it from there.
- How do I pay?
- GCash, Maya, BPI or BDO transfer, or cash on delivery. We send payment details in the chat once we confirm your items are in stock.
- How long does shipping take?
- Cebu City and Mandaue: 1–2 days. Rest of Visayas: 2–4 days. Luzon and Mindanao: 3–5 days. We ship within 1–2 working days of payment and send you the tracking number. Free over ₱2,500.
- Can I pick up in store?
- Yes. Choose pick-up when you message us and we'll have it ready at the Cebu store, usually the same day.
- What if my size is sold out?
- Tap “Tell me when it's back” on the product and we'll message you when it restocks. Runs are small, so restocks are not guaranteed, but core pieces come back most months.
- Can I exchange or return?
- Exchanges for a different size are fine within 7 days if the piece is unworn and unwashed, with tags. Message us first. Shipping for exchanges is on you unless we sent the wrong item. We don't do refunds on sale items.
- How do the tees fit?
- Boxy and slightly cropped in length. Most people wear their usual size. If you're between sizes and want it closer, size down. Full measurements are on the size chart.
- How should I wash them?
- Cold, inside out, no bleach, hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
- Do you do bulk or crew orders?
- Yes, from 12 pieces. Message us with the design and quantity and we'll quote.
